Entries will be collected from Jan 19- Feb 19, 2021.
Eligibility: Contest is open to anyone 18 years of age or older. Winner need not be a customer of Wilson Bank & Trust. No purchase is necessary to win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and taxes. By participating, entrant agrees to abide and be bound by the Official Contest Rules and to accept the decision of Wilson Bank & Trust as final in all respects.
Prizes: Four $250 MasterCard gift cards provided by Wilson Bank & Trust as well as miscellaneous prizes provided by Southern Home and Garden expo vendors.
Prize Restrictions: Prizes are non-transferable. Applicable Federal, state, and local taxes, and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of the prize not specified, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Odds: Odds of being a contest winner will depend on the total number of eligible entries.
Winner Notification/Prize Awards: Winners will be determined by a random computer generated selection. Winners will be announced on Monday, February 22, 2021 by either WBT or an affiliate vendor. Winners will be notified by phone or email to pick up the prize. If WBT or our affiliate vendors are unable to contact a winner, or a winner does not respond within 48 hours or winner does not pick up his/her prize at the arranged time, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be chosen.
Additional Terms: By participating, entrants agree to a.)The Official Rules and the decision of Wilson Bank & Trust, which shall be final in all respects; b.) release, discharge and hold harmless, Wilson Bank & Trust, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the contest, and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize. By accepting a prize, the winners agree to, where legal, the use of their names and/or likenesses for advertising, social media, and publicity purposes without additional compensation or consideration.
